利用现代信息技术加强辅导员队伍的管理，特别是抓好辅导员的综合考评，是推进高校辅导员队伍建设的一个重要课题。结合高校辅导员考核的实际需求，根据人力资源管理理论中的360。模糊评价理论，在进行总体结构和设计方案论证基础上，基于B／S（Browser／Server，浏览器／服务器）模式，通过ASP．NET技术，采用sQLServer2005作为后台数据库设计的高校辅导员综合考评系统，具有架构合理、操作简便、考评效率高的特点。

The use of modern information technology to strengthen the canselors' management,especially paying special attention to their comprehensive apprasial, is an important subject of advancing the comstruction of college counselors' team. In order to adapt to college counselor team's needs of professionalization development and informational management, using 360~fuzzy evaluation theory of human resource theories, based on the argumentation of overall structure and design scheme, employing B/S ( Browser/Server ) mode through ASP technology with SQL Server 2005 as background database, and also in response to the actual need of the university counselors' evaluation, this University Counselors' Comprehensive Evaluation System is designed.
