中国自古以农立国,在农业生产过程中产生了“和”、“齐”的哲学思辨与社会意识,并成为中华民族饮食生活独有的文化内涵。从古文字研究的角度探究“和”、“齐”二字的原初意义,既可揭示中国烹饪文化的民族个性,亦可正确把握民族饮食文化的历史发展规律。
