采用问卷调查的方式,对高职建筑专业毕业生在实际工作过程中的自主学习状况进行调查,并对调查结果进行了逐项分析.结果显示,高职建筑专业毕业生自主学习动机以外在动机为主,缺乏内在动机,存在学习管理能力较差、自我效能感偏低、自主学习意识不强等问题.针对调查分析结果并结合教学实践,提出高职教育应从激发学生内在学习动机,引导学生进行正确归因,指导与训练学生学习策略3个方面培养自主学习习惯,提高自主学习能力.

Through the questionnaire surveys, this paper status in practical work processes of higher vocational grad investigates the autonomous learning uates majored in architecture and ana- lyzes the survey results. The results shows that the higher vocational graduates majored in archi- tecture have extrinsic autonomous learning motivations mainly, lacking of intrinsic motivations. Problems such as lower learning management ability, self--efficacy and autonomous learning consciousness exist. According to the results of investigation teaching practice, this paper propo- ses to cultivate students' autonomous learning habits and promote students' autonomous learning abilities through three aspects such as stimulating intrinsic motivations, guiding students to do correct attribution, and guiding and training students' learning strategies.
