采用比较劳动生产率、产业结构偏离度和SSM分析模型,从不同的角度分析了乌鲁木齐的产业结构变动。结果显示,乌鲁木齐的三次产业劳动生产率差距较大,只有第二产业的劳动生产率较高,一、三产业都存在劳动力过剩的情况。就业结构的偏离度较大,且波动性很大,产值结构和就业结构严重不协调。三次产业的内部结构不合理且产业竞争力较弱,产业结构效益低下,有待于进一步的优化和升级。
採用比較勞動生產率、產業結構偏離度和SSM分析模型,從不同的角度分析瞭烏魯木齊的產業結構變動。結果顯示,烏魯木齊的三次產業勞動生產率差距較大,隻有第二產業的勞動生產率較高,一、三產業都存在勞動力過剩的情況。就業結構的偏離度較大,且波動性很大,產值結構和就業結構嚴重不協調。三次產業的內部結構不閤理且產業競爭力較弱,產業結構效益低下,有待于進一步的優化和升級。

Through model of comparative labour productivity, deviation degree of industrial structure and SSM analysis, this paper analyzes the changes of industrial structure in Urumqi from different points. The results are that the labour productivity in Urumqi among three industries is different, it only in the second industry is much higher, there are labor surplus both in the first industry and the third industry. The deviation of employment structure is larger and volatile, the output value structure and employment structure are serious inharmonious. The internal structure of tile three industries is unreasonable and the problems that competitiveness is weak and benefit is low exist, the industrial structure needs to be optimized and upgraded.
