In order to make English teaching in higher vocational colleges and universities more professional relevance, flexibility and effectiveness, this paper, based on employment-oriented teaching, explores English teaching practice from the teaching program, teaching content, teaching mode, teaching evaluation, teachers and teaching management by taking electrical and mechanical maintenance of aviation professionals as example.
