结合苏州工业园区某超高层建筑试桩的静荷载及桩周土阻力测试结果,对后注浆桩和未注浆桩的承载力传递特性进行了比较分析,得出后注浆桩的承载力发挥特性的一些结论,希望能够对苏州及类似地区后注浆钻孔灌注桩的应用提供一些经验和参考依据。

Based on the resuh of the pile plate load testing and pile side resistance testing for a skyscraperbuilding in Suzhou, the different bearing capacity between post grouting cast-in-situ pile and cast-in-situ pile is compared. Some characteristics of bearing capacity of post grouting cast-in-situ pile are found. Last but not least, the designers hope this paper can be used as a reference in the design of similar building.
