对苏州高新区的15家主要化工企业进行筛选,识别出对水环境有潜在风险的4家化工企业,运用危害量化模型评价方法,通过泄露、扩散等相关模型计算企业潜在污染事故对水环境的危害范围,在此基础上,根据危害范围内环境敏感点的情况,构建水环境风险危害指数模型,由此计算各环境风险源的环境危害指数,从而为苏州高新区的水环境管理和风险预警提供政策依据,也对其它经济开发区的水环境风险分析提供了示范案例。

The study identifies 4 enterprises potentially dangerous to the water environment from 15 key chemical enterprises, and applies the hazard-quantitative-model evaluation method to predict their hazard scope in the case of liquid leakage accidents by Leakage Model and Diffusion Model. On this basis, the study constructs the index model of water environmental risk assessment according to the environmental sensitive points within the hazard scope, which helps to calculate the ecological hazard index of each enterprise so as to provide a policy basis for the water environmental management and risk prediction of Suzhou High-tech Zone. The model can also be a case study for the water environmental risk analysis for other economical development areas.
