应用ABAQUS软件对U形件的热冲压成形和淬火过程进行了数值模拟,通过模拟u形件在不同压边力、冲压速度和模具初始温度下的成形和淬火过程,得出了压边力、冲压速度和模具初始温度对成形和淬火过程中的温度场的影响规律。研究发现:板料温度会随冲压速度和模具初始温度的变化而变化,而压边力对板料温度的影响可以忽略不计。
應用ABAQUS軟件對U形件的熱遲壓成形和淬火過程進行瞭數值模擬,通過模擬u形件在不同壓邊力、遲壓速度和模具初始溫度下的成形和淬火過程,得齣瞭壓邊力、遲壓速度和模具初始溫度對成形和淬火過程中的溫度場的影響規律。研究髮現:闆料溫度會隨遲壓速度和模具初始溫度的變化而變化,而壓邊力對闆料溫度的影響可以忽略不計。
응용ABAQUS연건대U형건적열충압성형화쉬화과정진행료수치모의,통과모의u형건재불동압변력、충압속도화모구초시온도하적성형화쉬화과정,득출료압변력、충압속도화모구초시온도대성형화쉬화과정중적온도장적영향규률。연구발현:판료온도회수충압속도화모구초시온도적변화이변화,이압변력대판료온도적영향가이홀략불계。
With the Abaqus software, a numerical simulation is carried out on the hot press forming and quenching process of U-section. By simulating the forming and quenching process of U-section with different force, pressing speeds and mould original temperature, the effects of them on the distribution of temperature fields during the forming and quenching process are studied. The result shows that the value of temperature change with the pressing speeds and mould original temperature, however the effect of force can be ignored.
