用电化学极化曲线研究锆基非晶合金Zr53.5Cu26.5Ni5Al12Ag3在25℃和60℃温度下,在0.01 mol/L和0.1 mol/L的NaOH溶液中腐蚀100 h的腐蚀行为,并用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对腐蚀前后试样的表面形貌进行观察与分析.极化曲线的测试结果表明:锆基非晶合金在25℃下,在浓度为0.01 mol/L和0.1 mol/L的NaOH溶液中浸泡100 h,随着NaOH溶液浓度的升高,非晶合金的耐腐蚀能力下降;锆基非晶合金在25℃和60℃下,在浓度为0.01 mol/L的NaOH溶液中浸泡100 h,随着NaOH溶液温度的升高,非晶合金的耐腐蚀能力下降;锆基非晶合金和晶态合金在60℃下,在浓度为0.1 mol/L的NaOH溶液中浸泡100 h,非晶合金的耐腐蚀性能优于晶态合金.最后根据电化学腐蚀原理,从腐蚀介质温度和浓度方面的性质探讨锆基合金耐蚀性能的因素.
用電化學極化麯線研究鋯基非晶閤金Zr53.5Cu26.5Ni5Al12Ag3在25℃和60℃溫度下,在0.01 mol/L和0.1 mol/L的NaOH溶液中腐蝕100 h的腐蝕行為,併用金相顯微鏡和掃描電鏡對腐蝕前後試樣的錶麵形貌進行觀察與分析.極化麯線的測試結果錶明:鋯基非晶閤金在25℃下,在濃度為0.01 mol/L和0.1 mol/L的NaOH溶液中浸泡100 h,隨著NaOH溶液濃度的升高,非晶閤金的耐腐蝕能力下降;鋯基非晶閤金在25℃和60℃下,在濃度為0.01 mol/L的NaOH溶液中浸泡100 h,隨著NaOH溶液溫度的升高,非晶閤金的耐腐蝕能力下降;鋯基非晶閤金和晶態閤金在60℃下,在濃度為0.1 mol/L的NaOH溶液中浸泡100 h,非晶閤金的耐腐蝕性能優于晶態閤金.最後根據電化學腐蝕原理,從腐蝕介質溫度和濃度方麵的性質探討鋯基閤金耐蝕性能的因素.

The corrosion behavior of Zr53.5Cu26.5Ni5Al12Ag3 bulk metallic glass was investigated by CHI660C electrochemistry in NaOH solution at 25 ℃ and 60 ℃.The surface characteristic was observed and analyzed by metallography.The polarization curves result showed that under current density of Zr53.5Cu26.5Ni5Al12Ag3 bulk metallic 0.01 mol · L^-1 and 0.1 mol · L^-1 at 25 ℃,corrosion resisting ability of Zr53.5Cu26.5Ni5Al12Ag3 bulk metallic glass was worse with concentration increasing,under current density of Zr53.5Cu26.5Ni5Al12Ag3 bulk metallic 0.01 mol · L^-1 at 25 ℃ and 60 ℃,Zr53.5Cu26.5Ni5Al12Ag3 bulk metallic glass was worse with concentration increasing,and under current density of Zr53.5Cu26.5Ni5Al12Ag3 bulk metallic 0.1 mol · L^-1 at 60 ℃,Zr53.5Cu26.5Ni5Al12Ag3 bulk metallic glass had better corrosion resisting ability than its crystallized alloy.According to the electrochemical principle,temperature and concentration of solution properties on Zr53.5Cu26.5Ni5Al12Ag3 bulk metallic corrosion resistance were discussed.
