高职＂校中厂＂目前主要包括校办工厂和政府指令举办的部门两类。＂校中厂＂在一定时期内应微利润运行,以保证＂以产养教、以教促产、重在教学＂,其长效运行须仿照企业制定一整套运行与管理制度,由＂双师型＂教师参与日常管理,积极开展＂产学研＂和对外服务培训,而要加快其发展速度还需要学校和外部环境给予其一定的倾斜政策。
