村镇银行是我国新型农村金融机构的核心力量,但是由于其自身发展不完善以及农村现代信用意识淡薄等原因,使信用风险成为村镇银行现阶段发展过程中的一个突出问题。本文从村镇银行风险的主要表现形式出发,结合其自身的特点以及我国农村金融市场环境的特殊现状,分析和探讨村镇银行信用风险存在原因,力求为我国村镇银行信用风险的防范,提出有效的对策和建议。

Village banks are the core strength of the new rural financial institutions.But because of their own development is not perfect and many people are lack of the credit consciousness in rural area,credit risk becomes the outstanding problem in the village banks' process of development at the present stage.This article starts from the form of the expression of the credit risk,combining with the characteristic and special status of our rural financial market.Analyzing and discussing the reasons with the credit risk,in order putting forward some positive and effective countermeasures and suggestions with the prevention of village banks' credit risk.
