多年来,国有企业在人才建设方面不断突破、不断创新,成效显著,但仍远远不能满足企业生产经营和市场形势发展的需要,如何树立科学的人才观,如何转变机制留住人才,是当前国有企业迫切需要解决的新课题。因此,论文分析了当前国有企业青年人才存在的问题,然后提出解决措施。
多年來,國有企業在人纔建設方麵不斷突破、不斷創新,成效顯著,但仍遠遠不能滿足企業生產經營和市場形勢髮展的需要,如何樹立科學的人纔觀,如何轉變機製留住人纔,是噹前國有企業迫切需要解決的新課題。因此,論文分析瞭噹前國有企業青年人纔存在的問題,然後提齣解決措施。

Over the years,the state-owned enterprises continue to make breakthroughs in building talent,innovation,and achieved remarkable results,but it is still far from meeting the development needs of production and operation and the market situation and.How to establish the scientific talent view,and how to change the mechanism to retain talent is an urgent need for state-owned enterprises to solve new problems.Therefore,the paper analyzes the problems of the current state-owned enterprises young talent,and then proposes solution measures.
