采用编制成册的量表和问卷对300名浙江省温州职业技术学院在校生进行调查分析。结果表明大学生宿舍人际关系质量与心理健康水平呈现显著相关。大学生的宿舍人际关系是心理健康水平的有效预测指标．改进宿舍人际关系有助于提升高职学生心理健康水平。

300 Vocational and Technical College students who studied in Wenzhou were participated in this investigation. Demographic Data Questionnaire, College Students Dormitory Interpersonal Quality questionnaire and General Health Questionnaire were summed up as investigation materials. It was found that college students dormitory interpersonal relationships quality was an effective predicted index for mental health, improving college students dormitory interpersonal relationships quality is an important countermeasure for benefiting vocational & technical college students mental health
