利用机械合金化法制备了Nd(10-x)Fe81.2B8Cu0.8Wx系列合金.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对不同球磨时间制备的样品的显微结构及其磁性能进行了研究.结果表明,适量的添加W能够促进硬磁相Nd2Fe14B的析出,并且提高磁体的抗氧化性.W的质量分数为1%时样品综合磁性能最佳.

An alloy of Nd(10-x)Fe81.2B8Cu0.8Wx was produced by mechanical alloying.and its structure and magnetic properties were studied.Using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM),samples of different milling time,the microstructure morphology and the magnetic energy.The results showed that The right amount of W addition can promote the precipitation of hard phase Nd2Fe14B and improve the oxidation resistance of the magnet.The sample has the best magnetic properties with the 1% wt of W addition.
