采用复涂方式,在苯乙烯储罐内壁喷涂阻聚涂层,防止凝结单体在储罐内壁聚合。通过控制阻聚剂的释放速度,可达到长期阻聚的效果。该技术在工业储罐中实施4a来,涂层完好无损,未发现明显的聚合物,阻聚效果良好,涂层对苯乙烯产品质量无影响。

Inhibition coating was sprayed on the interior of styrene storage tank to prevent the polymerization of the condensing styrene monomer. Long - term inhibition effect was reached by controlling the release speed of the inhibitor. The coating was in good condition and no obvi- ous polymer was found since the implementation of the storage technology four years ago. The inhibition effect of the storage technology was good, and the coating had no influence on styrene quality.
