制备了单宁酸膜修饰电极,运用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法、计时电量法等研究了腺嘌呤在单宁酸膜修饰电极上的电化学行为,测定了相关动力学参数.实验表明:腺嘌呤在单宁酸膜修饰电极上为吸附控制的不可逆过程,转移电子数和质子数均为l,氧化峰电流与腺嘌呤的浓度在8.0×10^-6 -1.8×10^-4 mol/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系:Ip(A)=-1.21×10^-8 ~4.25×10^-4c(mol/L),相关系数R=-0.9961.检出限为3.0×10^-6mol/L,样品测定平均回收率为102.74%,电极具有较好的重现性及稳定性.

A film of tannic acid on modified electrode was prepared, and electrochemical behaviors of adenine at this modified electrode were studied by cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep vohammetry and chronocoulometry. Result indicated that the electrochemical behavior of adenine at the film of tannic acid on modified electrode was an adsorp- tive and irreversible redox process, the number of electron and proton was 1, peak current and the concentration of adenine in the range of 8.0 × 10 ^-6 - 1.8 × 10 ^-4mol/L showed a good linear relationship. The correlative coefficient was - 0. 9976, the detection limit was 3.0 × 10 ^-6mol/L and the average recovery was 102. 74 %. This modified electrode has better reproducibility and stability.
