介绍了四川省乐山市茫溪河流域的概况,采用《地表水环境质量评价办法》(试行)对该流域水环境质量现状进行分析和评价,得出茫溪河井研段水质现状为劣V类,主要污染物为高锰酸盐指数、氨氮;五通桥区段水质现状为V类,主要污染物为高锰酸盐指数、氨氮、总磷.茫溪河全年营养状态处于中度一重度富营养状态.同时在对流域污染源调查的基础上得出流域的主要污染源为农业面源污染和生活污染.并据此进行了水污染深层次原因分析.

The paper gives a panoramic introduction of Mangxi river basin. Based on the analysis and evaluation on the water environmental quality of the water basin, the thesis claims as followings: the water quality of Jingyan Reach of Mangxi River is below class five, the main pollutants are permanganate and ammonia nitrogen; the water quality of Wutongqiao reach belongs to class five, the main pollutants are permanganate, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus ; the water quality of the Mangxi river stands in eutrophication water. As the conclusion, via the research on pollution sources and water environmental capacity, the article points out that the main river basin pollution sources are agricultural and domestic pollution, and presents the overall project of pollution control.
