目的：探讨影响临床护理实习安全的影响因素。方法：分析以往发生不安全问题的原因。结果：影响临床护理实习安全的因素与学生的安全意识、不同实习阶段、带教老师的重视和责任心、工作环境等有关。结论：带教老师言传身教、提高实习护生的安全意识、改善工作环境对提高临床护理教学安全十分重要。

목적：탐토영향림상호리실습안전적영향인소。방법：분석이왕발생불안전문제적원인。결과：영향림상호리실습안전적인소여학생적안전의식、불동실습계단、대교로사적중시화책임심、공작배경등유관。결론：대교로사언전신교、제고실습호생적안전의식、개선공작배경대제고림상호리교학안전십분중요。
Objective:To investigate the factors affecting the nursing safety in clinical teaching.Method:Analyze the reasons for those unsafe factors.Results:The factors that affect the nursing safety in clinical teaching include students' safety awareness,different practical phases,the working environment,and insufficient attention and sense of responsibility the teachers have.Conclusions.The clinical nursing teachers should pay more attention themselves so as to improve the safety awareness of nursing students and to improve the working environment which is very important to the teaching safety of clinical nursing.
