针对深部高应力巷道大变形问题,结合具体矿山(曲江煤矿),进行了变形与破坏特征的现场调查和支护对策与关键技术等分析.调查发现,深部巷道的变形与破坏的主要表现形式为顶板下沉量大、侧帮内挤、锚网支护失效严重、底鼓破坏严重等.对于深部变形严重巷道的返修必须采取强化支护形式,提出尽早形成厚层高强承载壳、主动防止底鼓和主被动联合支护的关键技术;而对于新掘进巷道支护,要遵循强化一次支护、增大预应力、提高支护刚度、保证支护材料的高强度等原则.最后,给出了曲江煤矿西大巷东段支护方案与参数,结果表明该方案能有效地抑制围岩大变形.
針對深部高應力巷道大變形問題,結閤具體礦山(麯江煤礦),進行瞭變形與破壞特徵的現場調查和支護對策與關鍵技術等分析.調查髮現,深部巷道的變形與破壞的主要錶現形式為頂闆下沉量大、側幫內擠、錨網支護失效嚴重、底鼓破壞嚴重等.對于深部變形嚴重巷道的返脩必鬚採取彊化支護形式,提齣儘早形成厚層高彊承載殼、主動防止底鼓和主被動聯閤支護的關鍵技術;而對于新掘進巷道支護,要遵循彊化一次支護、增大預應力、提高支護剛度、保證支護材料的高彊度等原則.最後,給齣瞭麯江煤礦西大巷東段支護方案與參數,結果錶明該方案能有效地抑製圍巖大變形.

Abstraet: According to the large deformation problem of high - stress deep roadway, this paper makes a field investigation on deformation and failure characteristics. Analysis on supporting measures and key technology, etc are done based on specific mine. Results show that main forms of deformation and failure in deep roadway are that roof subsidence is great, side shows extrusion, anchor net support failure is serious, and the floor heave destruction is serious, etc. For severely deformed deep rework roadway, strengthening support form must be taken, the technology of forming a thick high - strength bearing shell as soon as possible and preventing floor heave actively and combining with initiative and passive support are put forward. However, for the supporting of new roadway, it pus forward some principles, such as strengthening primary support, increasing priestess, improving stiffness of support; it also should ensure their high strength of support, and so on. Finally, the supporting scheme and parameters on eastern section of west main roadway are provided, showing that the scheme can inhibit surrounding rock large deformation efficiently.
