福多司坦是一种具有诸多优点的祛痰剂,有望成为同类药的替代品.采用L-半胱氨酸与丙烯醇直接在微波照射下进行反应合成祛痰药物福多司坦,探讨了最优的实验合成条件.实验确定,微波促进合成福多司坦的最佳条件是反应物配比为1∶4.5,反应温度为38℃,微波反应时间为3 min,蒸馏水用量为10 mL,此时实验收率可达92.74%,纯度为99%.

Fudosteine is a new kind of expectorants with a lot of advantages, which is expected to become a substitute of similar drugs. It is expected to be a substitute of other similar drugs. In this article, Fudosteine was synthesized under microwave irradiation with L-cysteine and allyl alcohol as the starting materials. The optimum condition of the reaction was obtained by experiment, when L- cysteine to allyl alcohol is 1 : 4.5 in 10 mL distilled water, under 38 ℃, reacting for 3 min, the yield was up to 92.74% with 99% purity.
