在四种不同的工况下,通过对"金厦一号"电动导览车车架的高应变区部位粘贴应变片,并组装成电桥,测试其车架的静态应变并进行静态强度分析,得出影响该电动导览车车架的高应变区域.测试结果为动态性能分析提供参数,并为电动车车架改进和研究提供了参考依据.

Under four kinds of different operating modes, the electric motor ear of Jinxia No. 1 has strain sheet glued on the spot of frame high stress area, and the electric bridge assembled. Then its frame's static strain is tested and the strength analysis done. Which frame high stress area affects the electric motor car is obtained. The test provides the parameter for the further dynamic property analysis, also provides the reference for the electric motor car's frame following improvement and research.
