通过考察德国“双轨制”职业教育的历史背景和社会背景,指出德国“双轨制”职业教育特点及成功原因;得出“双轨制”教育给我国高职教育的启迪:德国“双轨制”教育理论实践紧密结合,突出技能培训;提高学生学习针对性,有利于适应今后工作岗位,实现共赢。

By investigating its historical and social background, this paper points out the features of Double - Track vocational education in German and reasons of its success, and comes out with enlightenment that education theory should be combined with practice, Skill training should be paid more attention to and students should be taught with a specific target so as to make themselves more suitable for the coming working posts, realizing a win - win success.
