文章充分认识正确处理好人口老龄化问题对于中国经济发展战略的制定的重大意义，针对日本应对人口老龄化所采取的措施，认真分析其中利弊，结合中国国情，提出一些可行性建议。文章将采用点面结合、以定量研究与质的研究相结合及对比分析的方法，从江苏省无锡、昆山、盐城、镇江、徐州等地，调查研究城乡老龄化现状，结合当地实际情况，借鉴日本推行的一些政策，探讨切实方案，继而推而广之。从而缓解人口老龄化所带来的一些问题，促进中国的社会经济全面、稳定、健康、协调地发展。

The article has fully recognized the great significance that solving the aging of population in China is crucial to the establishment of China's economic development strategies. Combined China's actual condi-tions with the experience from Japan, we propose some feasible suggestions in connections with the pros and cons of the measures of the aging of Japan. The article uses the methods of integrate point and sphere and contrastive analysis based on the quantitative research and qualitative research to investigate the present sit-uation of the aging in China between town and country from some places in Jiangsu, such as Wuxi, Kun-shan, Yancheng, Zhenjiang, Xuzhou and so on. The authors try to seek the concrete proposals drawing on the experience of Japan and give extended application. As a result, some problems with the aging of popu-lation will be remitted, the quality of population will be improved and the pressure with the young people will be reduced. Most of all, to deal with the aging of population in China is an important pledge of the re-alization of overall, harmonious and sustainable development of economics and the society.
