以湖北省巴东县为研究区域,以建设用地为研究对象,建立建设用地集约利用评价的指标体系,对巴东县建设用地的集约利用情况进行分析.结果表明,巴东县建设用地总体上集约利用程度有所提高,但人均城镇用地和人均农村居民点用地指标都表现出上升趋势,其建设用地集约利用面临的形势不容乐观.

Intensive land use is necessary to realize the sustainable land use.This paper analyzed the intensive land use of construction land in Badong County.The result shows:the cverall intensive level of constuctiona land use in Badong County is slightly improved,but the intensive use of constuction land is not optimistic.
