Se-rich soybean oligopeptide rich in Se%oral liquid%preparation%analysis
富硒大豆蛋白经过酶解、超滤、调配、杀菌等工艺,制备成富硒大豆低聚肽口服液,分析了产品中的硒含量、大豆低聚肽含量及氨基酸组成,其中硒含量2.45 mg/100 ml,大豆低聚肽含量（分子量1000 D以下）达到638.25 mg/100 ml,含有Se-Cys在内的19种氨基酸,研究结果为富硒大豆低聚肽产品的质量标准制定提供了一定的理论依据.
富硒大豆蛋白經過酶解、超濾、調配、殺菌等工藝,製備成富硒大豆低聚肽口服液,分析瞭產品中的硒含量、大豆低聚肽含量及氨基痠組成,其中硒含量2.45 mg/100 ml,大豆低聚肽含量（分子量1000 D以下）達到638.25 mg/100 ml,含有Se-Cys在內的19種氨基痠,研究結果為富硒大豆低聚肽產品的質量標準製定提供瞭一定的理論依據.

Soybean protein rich in Se is developed into soybean oligopeptide oral liquid after enzyme hydrolysis, ultrafiltration,blending and sterilizing.The paper analyzes of the selenium content in soybean oligopeptides, content of soybean loigopeptide and amino acid composition,in which the selenium content is 2.45mg/100mL,the content of soybean oligopeptide(molecular weight below 1000D) is 638.25 mg/100 mL,containing 19 kinds of amino acids such as Se-Cys.The result provides the theory basis in product quality standard of soybean oligopeptide oral liquid.
