在邕江南宁段和南宁城市内河的西明江、可利江、心圩江、朝阳溪、大桥冲、水塘江、竹排冲设置采样点,分别在枯水期和丰水期采集水样,用固相萃取-气相色谱/脉冲火焰光度检测器检测三乙基偶磷硫酯、硫磷嗪、致螟磷、甲拌磷、乐果、乙拌磷、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷和氨磺磷9种有机磷农药的含量,分析水体中有机磷农药组成及污染状况。结果共检出甲拌磷、乐果、乙拌磷、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷和氨磺磷6种有机磷农药。邕江南宁段仅在丰水期检出乐果和氨磺磷2种有机磷农药,含量0.03~0.04μg/L。南宁城市内河枯水期检出甲拌磷、乐果、乙拌磷、对硫磷4种有机磷农药,总含量0.09~6.82μg/L,含量最高的是朝阳溪的样品;丰水期检出乐果、乙拌磷、甲基对硫磷、氨磺磷4种有机磷农药,总含量0.08~6.60μg/L,含量最高的是大桥冲的样品。
在邕江南寧段和南寧城市內河的西明江、可利江、心圩江、朝暘溪、大橋遲、水塘江、竹排遲設置採樣點,分彆在枯水期和豐水期採集水樣,用固相萃取-氣相色譜/脈遲火燄光度檢測器檢測三乙基偶燐硫酯、硫燐嗪、緻螟燐、甲拌燐、樂果、乙拌燐、甲基對硫燐、對硫燐和氨磺燐9種有機燐農藥的含量,分析水體中有機燐農藥組成及汙染狀況。結果共檢齣甲拌燐、樂果、乙拌燐、對硫燐、甲基對硫燐和氨磺燐6種有機燐農藥。邕江南寧段僅在豐水期檢齣樂果和氨磺燐2種有機燐農藥,含量0.03~0.04μg/L。南寧城市內河枯水期檢齣甲拌燐、樂果、乙拌燐、對硫燐4種有機燐農藥,總含量0.09~6.82μg/L,含量最高的是朝暘溪的樣品;豐水期檢齣樂果、乙拌燐、甲基對硫燐、氨磺燐4種有機燐農藥,總含量0.08~6.60μg/L,含量最高的是大橋遲的樣品。

The organic phosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in Yongjlang Llver anti lanmng uroan rivers were determined using solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatograph/ pulsed flame photometric detector (GC/pFPD) techniques. The results showed that six types of OPPs were detected in samples. Only two types of OPPs with very low concentration were detected in water samples from Yongjiang River in the flood season and the concentration varied from 0.03 to 0.04μg/L. In dry season, four types of OPPs were detected in water samples from Nanning urban rivers and the total concentrations varied from 0.09 to 6.82μg/ L. In the flood season, four types of OPPs were detected in water samples from Nanning urban rivers and the total concentrations varied from 0.08 to 6.60μg/L. The dominant pollutants in the urban rivers were dimethoate and disulfoton. Chaoyangxi, Zhupaichong and Shuitang River were polluted more seriously in dry season than in the flood season. Except Daqiaochong, the pollution of OPPs in the urban rivers was strongly caused by non point source pollution.
