为合理利用赤泥中的碱性成分,采用胶砂强度实验法将赤泥、石灰组合成赤泥基材料,在此基础上研究了赤泥-石灰体系与矿渣组合在碱激发下的强度变化规律.实验证明赤泥-石灰体系掺量为0%~20%时,随掺量的增加抗折强度不断增加;赤泥-石灰体系掺量为0%~15%时,随掺量增加抗压强度不断增加;赤泥-石灰体系掺量达25%时,强度依然和碱矿渣水泥相当.对碱激发赤泥基胶凝材料浆体的SEM分析表明,赤泥、石灰完全参与水化反应.
為閤理利用赤泥中的堿性成分,採用膠砂彊度實驗法將赤泥、石灰組閤成赤泥基材料,在此基礎上研究瞭赤泥-石灰體繫與礦渣組閤在堿激髮下的彊度變化規律.實驗證明赤泥-石灰體繫摻量為0%~20%時,隨摻量的增加抗摺彊度不斷增加;赤泥-石灰體繫摻量為0%~15%時,隨摻量增加抗壓彊度不斷增加;赤泥-石灰體繫摻量達25%時,彊度依然和堿礦渣水泥相噹.對堿激髮赤泥基膠凝材料漿體的SEM分析錶明,赤泥、石灰完全參與水化反應.

In order to use alkaline ingredient in red mud,this paper studied the strength variation of red mud-lime and slag combination using cement mortar composed by red mud and lime under the alkali inspired environment. When the content ranges from 0% to20%, the experiment shows that flexural strength increased when the content increased,and the compress strength increased when the content in- creased with the content ranging from 0% to 15%. When the content reached 25% ,the strength of alkali stimulated red mud cement material was equal with the alkali slag cement. Then SEM test of the red mud and cement materials slurry was made,and the test showed that red mud and lime both participated in hydration reaction.
