以黄河三角洲地区徒骇河流域为例,采用集中度、集中期等方法对徒骇河流域1970年代以来径流、降水特征及其变化进行了分析.结果表明,徒骇河流域河川径流量年内主要集中在6~10月,集中期主要在7月下旬至8月上旬;降水主要集中在6~9月,集中期主要在7月中旬和下旬;径流对降水具有滞后效应,多年平均滞后时间约为11.1d.

Based on the methods of concentration frequency and concentration period, this paper dis- cusses the characteristics and change of runoff and precipitation since the 1970s of the Tuhai River Ba- sin. The results show that the runoff of the Tuhai River mainly concentrates in June to October,especial- ly in late July to early August. While the precipitation mainly concentrates in June to September, espe- cially in mid and late July, there is a hysteresis of runoff to precipitation, and the average hysteresis peri- od is about 11.1 days.
