介绍了树脂分解产物和溶出物对发电机组水汽品质的影响。提出凝结水精处理新树脂在使用前应进行清洗和酸碱预处理,延长处理时间和增加处理温度可以得到更好的处理效果。分别介绍了阳树脂和阴树脂的预处理工艺。特别指出当新阴树脂为Cl型时,可先用H2SO4转化为SO4型,以获得更好的再生效果。

Influence of water and steam quality of power soluble extractives from resins was introduced. It was plant induced by decomposing product and water- pointed out that new condensate-polishing resin should be washed and pre-treated by acid or sodium hydroxide before in-used. And it could get better effect by lengthening in duration and increasing treatment temperature. Pre-treatment method for cation resin and anion resin were introduced. It was particularly pointed out that new anion resin in the Cl-form should be converted to the SO4 form by using H2SO4 for obtaining better regeneration result.
