高温腐蚀是电站锅炉爆管的主要原因之一。借助计算流体力学软件Fluent,应用Eu-lerian/Lagrangian方法对一台660MW超超临界墙式布置切圆燃烧锅炉进行数值模拟,着重研究了锅炉炉内流动、传热、燃烧情况。结果表明:炉内切圆形成完整,炉内充满度较好,水冷壁周围一氧化碳浓度很高,易引起高温腐蚀。此结论与试验结果相符,证明了模拟的可靠性。
高溫腐蝕是電站鍋爐爆管的主要原因之一。藉助計算流體力學軟件Fluent,應用Eu-lerian/Lagrangian方法對一檯660MW超超臨界牆式佈置切圓燃燒鍋爐進行數值模擬,著重研究瞭鍋爐爐內流動、傳熱、燃燒情況。結果錶明:爐內切圓形成完整,爐內充滿度較好,水冷壁週圍一氧化碳濃度很高,易引起高溫腐蝕。此結論與試驗結果相符,證明瞭模擬的可靠性。

High temperature corrosion is one of the main causes of boiler tube explosions. Using a CFD software FLUENT, an Eulerian/Lagrangian approach was employed to investigate numerically the flow field, heat transfer and combustion process in a tangentially fired furnace of 660 MW pulverized coal boiler. The result shows that the concentration of CO is high around the water wall. It is easy to cause high tem- perature corrosion. A comparison of the calculation and experimental data shows that the numerical simu- lation can be predicted accurately.
