本文对一台35kV变压器进行例行性试验,在此过程中发现高压对低压及地绝缘电阻不合格。通过试验数据分析以及分解试验最终确定是由有载分接开关绝缘不良引起,进而对有载分接开关进行吊芯处理,避免了变压器本体吊罩检查。
本文對一檯35kV變壓器進行例行性試驗,在此過程中髮現高壓對低壓及地絕緣電阻不閤格。通過試驗數據分析以及分解試驗最終確定是由有載分接開關絕緣不良引起,進而對有載分接開關進行弔芯處理,避免瞭變壓器本體弔罩檢查。

A series of routine tests are done to a 35kV transformer. During the tests, it is found that the insulation resistance of high-voltage to low-voltage and earth is failure. By the data analysis and the decomposition test, the poor insulation of on-load tap-changer is found. Then the on-load tap-changer core is suspended and treated, effectively avoiding the checking of the transformer by hanging cover.
