无功补偿是提高电能质量和降低电能损耗、节约电力资源的有效技术措施;目前常用的无功补偿方式有调相机补偿、机械投切电容器补偿、晶闸管投切电容器(TSC)补偿、静止式SVC补偿、静止无功发生器SVG补偿等;文章介绍了几种常用无功补偿方式方法,并对其做了比较分析,指出SVG补偿的综合性能最优,是无功补偿技术的发展方向。

Reactive power compensation is an effective technical measure to improve power quality, re- duce power loss and save power resource. At present, commonly used reactive power compensation modes are phase modifier compensation, mechanically switched capacitor compensation, thyristor switched ca- pacitor (TSC) compensation, static type SVC compensation, static var generator SVG compensation, etc. In this paper, several kinds of commonly used reactive power compensation modes are introduced and comparatively analyzed, and it is pointed out that SVG compensation is the development direction of reactive power compensation technology and its comprehensive performance is optimal.
