:为建立非水电位滴定法测定阿戈美拉汀工作对照品的含量,采用非水电位滴定法以氯仿一醋酐(6:1)为溶剂,用高氯酸滴定液(O.1mol/L)进行滴定.实验结果表明,非水电位滴定法的方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.1%(n=9),平均回收率为99.8%,测定结果在统计学上无显著性差异.该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠.

To establish a non-aqueous potentiometry titration method for the content detenrrination of agome- latine working standard, trichloromethane and acetic anhydride(6: 1) were used as solvent for non-aqueous potentiomerry titration. 0.1 mol/L perchloric acid was used to titrate the content of agomelatine working standard. Results show that the conditions of non-aqueous potentiometry titration are the followings: the pre- cision RSD is 0.1% (n = 9), the average recovery is 99.8 %. It is concluded that the outcome obtained by non-aqueous potentimetry titration method has no statistical difference. This method is simple and fast with accurate and countable results.
