为检测电气石的体外细胞相容性,将电气石粉按不同的比例复合到水凝胶中并与人成骨肉瘤MG63细胞共培养,采用光镜、荧光染色、MTT法评价电气石的体外细胞相容性.实验结果表明,人成骨肉瘤MC63细胞与不同含量电气石/水凝胶复合材料共培养均能够正常生长增殖且形态良好,电气石所具有的良好体外细胞相容性可用作组织修复材料.

To make an evaluation on the cytocompatibility cells in vitro of tourmaline, tourmaline powder was compounded into the hydrogel with different ratio and was cultured with MG63 cells. The cytocompati- bility of ceils in vitro was evaluated with light microscope, fluorescent staining and MTr method. The results show that MG63 cells with different ratio of tourmaline can normally grow well and have good shape. It is concluded that the tourmaline has good cytocompatibility of cells in vitro and can be used as tissue repair material.
