目的建立医疗机构环境与物体表面致病茵检测的方法。方法对医疗机构诊疗工作进行中的环境与物体表面进行现场采样、同时采用直接接种法和增茵培养法进行致病菌培养、分离、鉴定。结果直接接种法和增茵培养法致病菌检出率分别为25.0%、29.05%。结论在进行医疗机构环境与物体表面致病茵检测时,直接接种法和增茵培养法相结合,可提高致病茵检出率。
目的建立醫療機構環境與物體錶麵緻病茵檢測的方法。方法對醫療機構診療工作進行中的環境與物體錶麵進行現場採樣、同時採用直接接種法和增茵培養法進行緻病菌培養、分離、鑒定。結果直接接種法和增茵培養法緻病菌檢齣率分彆為25.0%、29.05%。結論在進行醫療機構環境與物體錶麵緻病茵檢測時,直接接種法和增茵培養法相結閤,可提高緻病茵檢齣率。

Objective To establish the environment and surface pathogen detection methods in the medical institutions. Methods Samples were collected on the spot from the environment and surface in the medical institutions during the diagnosis and treatment, and then pathogens were cultured, isolated and identified from the samples by the direct inoculation and enriched culture. Results The pathogen detection rate of the direct inoculation and enrichment culture was 25.0%, 29.05%, respectively. Conclusion The pathogen detection rate is enhanced by the combination of the direct inoculation method and the enrichment culture method from the environment and surface samples in the medical institutions.
