通过收集88个单位测定7815例成年人血浆内皮素(ET)含量参考值,应用SPSSl9.0统计软件,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究与7项地理因素指标的关系,以为制定中国成年人血浆内皮素(ET)含量参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.结果发现成年人血浆内皮素(ET)含量参考值与地理因素之间有显著的相关关系(F=2.232,P=0.041).用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程:Y=33.422+0.008Xl-0.001X2-0.005X4+0.004X5+0.073X6+3.720X7±0.988.在以上回归方程中,Y是成年人血浆内皮素(ET)含量参考值(pg/mL),X,是海拔高度(m),如是年日照时数(h),墨是年平均相对湿度(%),墨是年降水量(mm),X6是气温年较差(℃),玛是年平均风速(m/s);0.988是剩余标准差的值.如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的成年人血浆内皮素(ET)含量参考值.依据成年人血浆内皮素(ET)含量参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为8个区.

Our study is aimed at providing scientific evidence for the normal reference value standard of plasma (ET) in Chinese adults. 7 815 plasma samples of adults from 88 units were collected, the ET pg/mL of which was tested. With the application of statistics software SPSS19.0 and correlation and regression analysis, seven related geographical factor indexes were studied. The correlation of geographical factors and the normal reference value of plasma ET of Chinese adults is significant ( F = 2. 232 ,P =0. 041 ). With the method of regression analysis, a regression equation is derived: Y = 33. 422 + 0. 008X1 -0. 001X2 -0. 005X4 + 0. 004X5 +0. 073X6 + 3. 720X7 + 0. 988. In this equation, Y is an adult plasma endothelia ( ET ) content reference value ( pg / mL ) , X1 altitude ( m ) , X2 the annual sunshine hours (h) , X4 the annual average relative humidity ( % ) , X5 the annual precipitation, X6 the annual temperature range, X7 annual average wind speed (m/s) , and 0.988 the residual standard deviation values. Our conclusion is that, with a knowledge of the geographical factors in a certain area in China, the regression equation can be applied for calculating the plasma endothelia ( ET ) content reference value of the local adults. According to the dependency relationship between plasma endothelia ( ET ) content reference value of adults and the geographical factors, China is made up of eight regions.
