图书馆员结合工作开展科研活动的投入成本低,却能够提升图书馆的服务水平、提高图书馆员的素质;但图书馆科研工作中存在虚假繁荣,其根本原因在于现行的职称管理体制。要解决这个问题,就必须将职称与岗位直接挂钩。

도서관원결합공작개전과연활동적투입성본저,각능구제승도서관적복무수평、제고도서관원적소질;단도서관과연공작중존재허가번영,기근본원인재우현행적직칭관리체제。요해결저개문제,취필수장직칭여강위직접괘구。
The cost of librarians' scientific research actions combined with their work is low hut it can promote their service levels and advance their qualities. However, scientific research actions in libraries have the false flourishing. The basic reason is present management system of academic title. The settlement of this problem is to link academic title with post directly.
