目的评价纤维桩在牙体缺损修复中的临床效果。方法对需行桩核冠修复的牙体缺损病例,在完善根管治疗的基础上,采用纤维桩固位,制作树脂核后全瓷冠修复,随访2年。结果 48例患者78颗患牙中,成功75颗,失败3颗,成功率96.2%。结论牙体缺损桩核冠修复中应用纤维桩,生物相容性好,不易发生根折,操作简便,美学性能优越。

목적평개섬유장재아체결손수복중적림상효과。방법대수행장핵관수복적아체결손병례,재완선근관치료적기출상,채용섬유장고위,제작수지핵후전자관수복,수방2년。결과 48례환자78과환아중,성공75과,실패3과,성공솔96.2%。결론아체결손장핵관수복중응용섬유장,생물상용성호,불역발생근절,조작간편,미학성능우월。
Objective Evaluating the clinical effect of Fiber post in teeth defect repair.Method For the clinical cases of teeth defect in which Post Core Crown needs to be repaired,based on the completion of root canal therapy,employ Fiber post retention,make Resin core before all porcelain crown repair,round ed up with a two-year regular follow-up visits.Result Of all the 78 teeth from 48 clinical cases,75 were successfully repaired,with 3 failed,the successful rate is 96.2%.Conclusion The application of Fiber post in teeth defect repair of Post Core Crown has proved to be successful with its advantages such as excellent biocompatibility,unlikely to cause root fracture,easy operation and aesthetic superiority.
