根据带式输送机在不同运行工况下对张紧力的要求,设计了一种能够满足长距离带式输送机对张紧力和张紧行程要求大范围调节的液压自动张紧装置,对该装置的结构形式、工作原理进行了介绍;设计了电液比例控制的液压系统,并介绍了其工作原理及该张紧装置的特点。
根據帶式輸送機在不同運行工況下對張緊力的要求,設計瞭一種能夠滿足長距離帶式輸送機對張緊力和張緊行程要求大範圍調節的液壓自動張緊裝置,對該裝置的結構形式、工作原理進行瞭介紹;設計瞭電液比例控製的液壓繫統,併介紹瞭其工作原理及該張緊裝置的特點。

according to the belt conveyor on requirements of tension under different operation conditions, a kind of hydraulic automatic tension device ,which could change tension and distance on long belt conveyor, was designed, the structure and principle was introduced. Meanwhile, the electro-hydraulic proportional control hydraulic system was designed, and its working principle and features of tension device were introduced as well.
