为了准确定位电压暂降扰动和精确测量暂降幅值, 提出了一种将新型Teager能量算子(NTEO)和有效值算法结合进行暂降检测的新方法。通过引入分辨率参数i对Teager能量算子(TEO)进行改善, 得到抗噪性能更优越的NTEO算法, 利用NTEO算法定位电压暂降扰动起止时刻, 并采用有效值(RMS)方法对所定位的暂降进行幅值测量。仿真结果表明, 该算法与小波变换相比实时性更强, 并弥补了TEO抗噪性能较差和RMS方法不能准确定位扰动的不足, 能够快速、准确地检测到电压暂降。

It is critical to estimate voltage sag parameters fast and exactly. The paper presented a novel detection method of voltage sag based on novel Teager energy operator (NTEO) and RMS algorithm for voltage sag detection and measurement accurately. It introduced a resolution parameter i to improve the performance of TEO, then obtained NTEO, which had better anti-noise performance. First, it used the NTEO algorithm to locate the starting and ending time of voltage dip disturbances, and then using the RMS algorithm to measure the amplitude of the positioned dips. The simulation experiment results indicate that, the proposed method has stronger real-time property than wavelet transform, and it overcomes the lack of the poor anti-noise performance of TEO method and the shortage of RMS that cannot accurately locate the disturbances. The algorithm can detect the voltage sag fast and accurately.
