针对路网可靠性分析中评价指标的多样性提出了路网综合可靠度概念, 并结合其模糊性、随机性特点, 运用云理论中定性描述与定量数值之间的转换, 改进了传统雷达图中没有体现权重的缺陷, 继而建立了雷达图模型来定量综合评价路网综合可靠度。实例应用结果表明, 基于云理论和雷达图的评价方法直观有效。

For the indexes' diversity, this paper put forward the concept of comprehensive reliability of road network. Combining the fuzziness and randomness characteristics of reliability, it adopted the cloud theory to convert qualitative descriptions to quantitative values. It improved the flaw of ignoring weights of indexes, and then established a radar graph evaluation model of the comprehensive reliability of road network. By means of an example, the results show that the evaluation method based on the cloud theory and radar graph is intuitive and effective.
