装备制造业是辽宁的支柱性产业,具有雄厚的发展基础,也取得了令人瞩目的成就。但辽宁省装备制造业在管理模式上存在诸多制约因素,因此,装备制造业企业必须突破单一的以技术赢得竞争力的发展观念,适应当前全球制造环境下装备制造业网络化、绿色化、柔性化、集成化、联盟化的演进趋势,以客户资源为中心,优化生产与服务环节,形成具有核心竞争力的现代组织管理模式。
裝備製造業是遼寧的支柱性產業,具有雄厚的髮展基礎,也取得瞭令人矚目的成就。但遼寧省裝備製造業在管理模式上存在諸多製約因素,因此,裝備製造業企業必鬚突破單一的以技術贏得競爭力的髮展觀唸,適應噹前全毬製造環境下裝備製造業網絡化、綠色化、柔性化、集成化、聯盟化的縯進趨勢,以客戶資源為中心,優化生產與服務環節,形成具有覈心競爭力的現代組織管理模式。
장비제조업시료녕적지주성산업,구유웅후적발전기출,야취득료령인촉목적성취。단요녕성장비제조업재관리모식상존재제다제약인소,인차,장비제조업기업필수돌파단일적이기술영득경쟁력적발전관념,괄응당전전구제조배경하장비제조업망락화、록색화、유성화、집성화、련맹화적연진추세,이객호자원위중심,우화생산여복무배절,형성구유핵심경쟁력적현대조직관리모식。
Equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of Liaoning Province, which has tremendous development basis and acquires remarking achievements. But there are still many restricting factors of management mode of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province. Hence, equipment manufacturing enterprises must break through the simplex development concept of acquiring competitiveness by technology, adapt to the evolution trends of cyberization, greenization, flexibility, integration and alliance, and take customer resource as center, optimize production and service sectors, in order to buildup mordem organizational management mode which has core competitiveness.
