考察失地农民与媒介的关系，则必须引入媒介素养的概念，较高的媒介素养有助于失地农民获取更多的非金融性资产；媒介可以缓解和调节失地农民在身份转型过程中产生的心理困惑；媒介素养水平与失地农民就业机会与质量有着密切的关系。政府、媒介组织必须形成合力，提升失地农民的媒介认知能力，培养失地农民理解与评价媒介的能力，提升失地农民参与媒介的水平，以解决其可持续生计问题。

It is necessary to introduce the concept of media literacy when researching the relationship between the landless farmers and the media. Media literacy helps landless farmers gain more non-financial properties. Media can relieve and modulate landless farmers' perplexity in their status change. The media literacy level has a close connection with landless farmers' job opportunity and job quality. Governments and media organizations must work together to improve landless farmers' media cognitive ability, cultivate their capability of understanding as well as evaluating media, and improve their level of participating in media, so as to ensure their sustainable livelihoods.
