设计出了一种新型的串联锂离子电池组保护电路.该保护电路采用MOSFET开关,根据过流时电池组MOSFET电压的变化来设计过流保护电路,并通过实物验证了该保护电路能够在20ms动作,从而保护了电池组和改善了电池的性能,延长了电池的寿命.
設計齣瞭一種新型的串聯鋰離子電池組保護電路.該保護電路採用MOSFET開關,根據過流時電池組MOSFET電壓的變化來設計過流保護電路,併通過實物驗證瞭該保護電路能夠在20ms動作,從而保護瞭電池組和改善瞭電池的性能,延長瞭電池的壽命.

On the basis of the safety studies of the LiFePO4 battery,We analyzed the importance of the overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuit protection, and designed a new protection circuit of series of the LiFePO4 battery. The MOSFET switches is used in the protection circuit, according to the battery voltage changes over the MOSFET and the protection of overcurrent is designed in the circuit. The physical experiments verify that the protection circuit can make an action in 20ms to protect the battery pack. We also designed a charge balancing module to improve the performance of the battery and extend the battery life.
