铝酸钙水泥是目前铁沟浇注料最为常用的结合剂,但水泥中CaO的存在容易造成材料抗高炉熔渣侵蚀性能的恶化,因此超低水泥和无水泥浇注料被广泛研究.以板状刚玉、碳化硅、氧化铝微粉等为主要原料,研究了结合剂ρ-Al2O3和铝酸钙水泥配比加入量对Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料各种性能的影响.实验结果表明ρ—Al2O3可以替代传统的铝酸钙水泥结合剂,实现高炉铁沟浇注料无水泥化,比传统的浇注料具有更佳的性能.
鋁痠鈣水泥是目前鐵溝澆註料最為常用的結閤劑,但水泥中CaO的存在容易造成材料抗高爐鎔渣侵蝕性能的噁化,因此超低水泥和無水泥澆註料被廣汎研究.以闆狀剛玉、碳化硅、氧化鋁微粉等為主要原料,研究瞭結閤劑ρ-Al2O3和鋁痠鈣水泥配比加入量對Al2O3-SiC-C澆註料各種性能的影響.實驗結果錶明ρ—Al2O3可以替代傳統的鋁痠鈣水泥結閤劑,實現高爐鐵溝澆註料無水泥化,比傳統的澆註料具有更佳的性能.

Calcium aluminate cement is the most commonly usedin the trough castables binder, but the presence of CaO in cement materials is likely to cause deterioration of slag resistance, so the ultra-low cement and no cement castables are widely studied. In this paper, tab-corundum, SiC,calcium aluminate cement,α-A120a micro powder are used as the main raw material and the influence of ρ-Al2O3 additions on the performance of an UI.C castables in the Al2 O3-SiC-C system has been studied. Experimental results show that ρ-Al2O3 could replace the traditional calcium aluminate cement hinder to achieve the blast furnace trough castables without cement over traditional castables with better performance.
