This paper reviews some related papers about the relation between ultimate equity and corporation performance and finds out that most papers studied the influence of corporation performance in terms of the nature of the ultimate controllers, cash flow fight, right of control and the separation of the two rights. The research results of these papers have some agreements and differences, which is mainly because of the different viewing angles of the re- searchers and the different corporation government environment.
