做好航海类毕业生的就业指导工作,提高他们的就业竞争力,将有利于优化航海人才资源配置,促进我国航运事业的持续健康快速发展。钦州学院2007、2008级航海类专业毕业生由于诸多原因存在就业困难。建议学校狠抓教学改革,加大管理和宣传力度,加强就业指导等,从而提升航海类毕业生就业竞争力。

To guide maritime graduates' employment well, as well as to improve maritime graduates' employment competi-tiveness is helpful for the optimization of the configuration of nautical personnel and the promotion of the sustainable and smooth development of China' s shipping industry. However, maritime graduates recruited by Qinzhou University in 2007 and 2008 suf- fered difficulties due to different reasons. Therefore, based on the analysis, this thesis, with the aim of enhancing maritime grad-uates' employment competiveness, put forth following measures for Qinzhou University: to further teaching innovation, to strengthen management and publicity, to intensify employment guidance.
