“欠发达、欠开发”是贵州省第十次党代会对贵州基本省情作出的总概括，也是《贵州省情）教学中不可回避的重要问题，深入理解“两欠”的内涵和辩证关系，有助于大学生全面、理智的了解和把握贵州经济社会的发展规律，增强大学生热爱贵州、建设贵州的热情和信念。

“흠발체、흠개발”시귀주성제십차당대회대귀주기본성정작출적총개괄，야시《귀주성정）교학중불가회피적중요문제，심입리해“량흠”적내함화변증관계，유조우대학생전면、리지적료해화파악귀주경제사회적발전규률，증강대학생열애귀주、건설귀주적열정화신념。
Underdevelopment and underexploitation are the basic Guizhou' s provincial situation, summarized in its tenth congress of Party representatives. " Two Under" is also an inevitable and important topic in teaching the course "Guizhou ' s Basic Situation". The further understanding of its connotation and dialectical relationship can help college students understand and grasp roundly and wisely the economic and social development rules of Guizhou so as to enhance their passion and conviction for loving and constructing it.
