结合我国竞技健美操的项目特点和15-17岁女子竞技健美操运动员的特点，从运动员选材的理论入手，遵照运动员选材原则和方法，通过专家问卷和统计优化，确立了我国15-17岁竞技健美操运动员的选材指标和指标权重，并对指标进行详尽的分析，初步构建了15-17岁女子竞技健美操运动员的选材指标体系，为这一年龄阶段运动员的选材工作提供些许帮助。

This paper combined characteristics of China's Competi- tive Aerobics project and the characteristics of the 15 - 17 - year - old woman Competitive Aerobics athletes from the start point of se- lecting athletes, in accordance with the principles and methods of selection athletes, through questionnaires and statistical optimization experts, established the selection indicators for a 15 - 17 years old Competitive Aerobics athletes , and carried out a detailed analysis of indicators, eventually established a target of various weights and va- rious indicators of a detailed analysis of the initial construction of a 15 - 17 - year - old woman. Competitive Aerobics index system pro- viding some help of selection of athletes of this age.
