《古诗十九首》以浅语道出远意，对时间生命意识的深刻体认与率真表达，是整个建安时期“人的自觉”、“文的自觉”的前奏，并因此而具有撼人心魄的力量。时间生命意识在古诗十九首中的体现，展开为及时有为与不达的苦闷、政治幻灭之后转而及时行乐、相思怀人之作的率意表达等几个方面。
《고시십구수》이천어도출원의，대시간생명의식적심각체인여솔진표체，시정개건안시기“인적자각”、“문적자각”적전주，병인차이구유감인심백적역량。시간생명의식재고시십구수중적체현，전개위급시유위여불체적고민、정치환멸지후전이급시행악、상사부인지작적솔의표체등궤개방면。
